on the first registration.  Please type "on file" in those fields for the additional registrations.  This also applies to
returning families as long as the information is still the same.  You do not have to fill out a separate registration
for each child- you may enter 2 names on this form.

Registration constitutes a desire to be part of the production and shows your intention to follow through on the commitment
required to participate in the show.   Once you come to the first rehearsal of a class, you will be billed for the tuition in its entirety.  
Attending a first rehearsal or any audition for a class constitutes your desire to be a part of the production.  PLEASE DO NOT
AUDITION OR REGISTER for any class you are not sure you want to be a part of.  In addition, only audition or register for classes
where you will be willing to accept any casting decisions.  At Rising Curtain, we are interested in EDUCATING our students in the
theatre arts.  Particular roles for classes are not nearly as important as the overall educational experience of a class.
