There are just a few points of interest you will need to know prior to registering or auditioning for classes.

We accept credit cards for tuition payments and ticket sales.  To charge a tuition payment or tickets, please visit the
Curtain
Productions Main Page
and click the "Make A Tuition Payment" button or the "Purchase Tickets" button.  You may also charge
your
deposit at the end of the registration process, just click the button on the confirmation page.  If you prefer, you may mail your
check for
a deposit for the class to the address below as soon as possible.  Please see the class descriptions for details on
payments specific to each class.  Generally, for theatre classes, the required deposit is $100.00 and payments are accepted
throughout the class process.  Single-day classes or classes priced at $149 or less should be paid in full at time of registration.
Deposits are
non-refundable.  Please read the registration confirmation e-mail for the deposit and payment requirements for the
class you are registering for.
The deposit does go toward the tuition for the class.

If a balance is carried on any account without payment being received for 6 months or longer, an interest charge of 1.5% per month
will be added to all balances.  We do refer accounts over 90 days past due for collections.

Prior to registering for any class, please be sure you are knowledgeable about the content of material.  There are scripts or books
available at most public libraries for many of the shows we do, and our office is pleased to discuss any issues of content with you.

It is YOUR responsibility to know what you are registering for.

Once you come to the first rehearsal of a class,
you will be billed for the tuition in its entirety.  The Rising Curtain has comparatively
high production values and we are happy to discuss any of our projects with you PRIOR to your decision to register.  Attending a first
rehearsal or any audition for a class constitutes your desire to be a part of the production.
PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER for any class
you are not sure you want to be a part of.  In addition,
only register for classes where you will be willing to accept any casting
decisions.

We thank you for registering and look
forward to working with your family!

Further Details:

Students are expected as good caretakers of our rented property to help with clean up each week.  Your student may be assigned at
least one or two times during a class to stay late & help with clean up.  If your student cannot help on their assigned week, it is their
responsibility to find an alternate to take their place.

Parents must be responsible for
picking up students from class in a timely manner.  Please recognize that our teaching staff has
other obligations to attend or families to get home to.  We expect to wait to accommodate student pick up for approximately 10
minutes after the end of class.  After this time, we will assess a charge to your account of $10.00 for each 15 minutes you are late
picking up, rounding up to the nearest 15 minutes.  Of course, we understand that emergencies and situations such as lost keys,
appointments running late, etc. can happen.  We offer a one time grace from this policy.  Any funds collected for late pick-up will go
directly to the teaching staff who needed to attend the student in question.

Attendance at all performances is by paid admission only.  No complimentary tickets will be given to cast members or their families.
Tickets for performances are sold online at http://curtainproductions.org/RC-Tickets.html. Tickets are sold on a first come, first
served basis, The Rising Curtain cannot guarantee ticket availability.

Students may be required to provide certain costume elements including, but not limited to:  footwear (shoes, socks, dance shoes),
pants (black, khaki, or denim), tights, leotards, etc.

From time to time, we utilize
photos taken of our students for brochures and advertising needs and on our website.  Your class
registration allows us such use without compensation or notification to our families.  If you prefer your child's photo not be used,
please inform our office.

The Rising Curtain offers a variety of activities outside of classes for our students who are interested in cultivating their theatre
experiences.  All additional "field trips", educational trips, school booster sportswear and additional items are
options to our families and are not required.
